Autiva checkout Email says buyers selects insurance. On My Ebay> Sold > Checkout tab for listing, it says buyer declined insurance. Also, this buyers hasn't paid me through paypal or emailed me in any way he's sending a money order. On Autiva billing it says I owe $1.65
Earlier a buyer never paid insurance on another item, but Auctiva shows I owe 1.45
Again, a buyer never paid insurance says I owe $1.45
I have a couple others where the buyer never paid for insurance OR NEVER PAID for the item, but on Auctiva shows I owe insurance.
Are you using any combined shipping insurance rules at eBay, set in the eBay Site Preferences? If so, have they been manually synced to Auctiva in the Auctiva eBay account preferences?
If you are using eBay checkout, do you have the "Auto-Purchase Insurance" setting set in Auctiva account checkout/insurance settings?
I would open a Support Case and identify each checkout problem by listing number for them to investigate the cause and hopefully give you refund for any situation where it has been improperly billed.
