I know nothing of the free shipping thing, this is the first I've heard of it. Buyer says she got an email from Ebay that up to $10 she could get free shipping by entering a code number at checkout. But I stupidly did not deactivate Auctiva checkout and there is no place for her to enter the code.
What can we do to fix this? She (rightly so) expects free shipping.....not from me, but from Ebay.

I thought the coupons were good for PayPal buyers and could be entered on the initial screen that appears at checkout (ebay's) or on the PayPal screen. Maybe not! Here's the eBay page on the issue.

I don't know if you can get an answer quickly from Auctiva Support, but they might have a procedure or suggestion.

You might also try eBay Live! help and see if they can clarify the procedure for use of the coupons with 3rd party checkout.

I got one of those, but it was for 10.00 off a next purchase, not for free shipping...maybe she's mistaken?? At any rate, it should work whether you have Auctiva checkout or not

I use eBay checkout, so I wasn't absolutley certain. However, seems I recall someone mentioning there was a way to use them with Auctiva checkout. The problem with anything working at some point, doesn't mean it works now (with all the #@#%& changes at eBay). Heck, they can't even get their own checkout and PayPal working lately.
