12 hours ago, I deleted one of my profiles in eBay for combined shipping discounts. I replaced it with one with a slightly different name. My Auctiva "Shipping Profile" still has the old profile name and not the new one. Therefore, upon posting the listings, the discounts were not offered (because it tried to use one that no longer exists). I had to manual modify each of the listings using that discount profile. AGAIN, THAT WAS 12 HOURS AGO! How often and when does Auctiva refresh the eBay preferences?

Hi. Do you use a master profile? If so, you have to change it in there. Or change it in the new listing shipping section of the edit page itself.

It's not going to recognize the slightly different name until you give it direction. Otherwise, you'll have to revise your new listings on eBay.

At least I believe that's what you need to do. If not, I'm sure someone will be along soon.

Yes I use a master profile--but that only points to the shipping profile that has the problem. Somehow Auctiva isn't updating my options for shipping profiles in eBay.

But, thanks for your answer...I wasn't sure anyone would understand my issue... Razz

Do you mean the listings already running? Those are set with html code so will have to be revised. Or am I still not understanding? lol

I just thought... you may be able to ask support to help you get them fixed. Auctiva support, of course. Smile

Jeeze... the answer is as obscure as it was when I first tried to use eBay's discount profiles.

You have to go "My Account", "Settings", then "Update eBay Settings".

Issue solved. But, c'mon Auctiva... can't you make it more ... well... automatic or user-friendly?
