Hi shelz013, Since your customer has purchased Auctiva Shipping Insurance for this item, there is nothing further you need to do to ensure the item is covered. However, you can verify whether an insurance policy was successfully generated to cover the item by making sure there is a "View Insurance" link next to the item on your Auctiva "Transactions" page. Also when a shipment is covered by Auctiva Shipping Insurance, nothing is displayed on the shipping label to let the customer know the item was insured. If you are concerned about the absence of this information, I recommend sending your buyer an insurance confirmation email by clicking the "View Insurance" link next to the item on your Auctiva "Transactions" page, and then clicking the "Send Mail" link on the ensuing page.
