My auction ended tonight and right after it ended, it does not show up in My eBay?? If I plug in the auction number in a search, it comes up with item sold.....I was able to send the invoice through this. Why isn't it showing up in my eBay. How am I supposed to see the stages, payment, shipping, feedback, etc.? To the left under items sold, and I click on it, it doesn't come up there. I'm confused. I tried multiple times to get someone in Live support from eBay, but continually get a disconnected from server error. It shows up in Auctiva as sold. Whenever I send a message to support through eBay, it can take days to get a response. Any thoughts?
Hi - Does the heading "Items I've Sold" appear? If it does, it may be that you need to check the drop-down menu to the right of the heading to make sure you are not filtering out the current auction by mistake. Also check that you have "All" selected as well.
Ok, whew! It had items sold for the month of June only listed. I selected July in the drop-down menu as you indicated and "yeah", it appeared. I thought I was loosing it there for a bit. Thank you so much!!!
