Okay, I have someone who is buying 2 printer cartridges from me (store item quantity of 2), so I said I would combine shipping. She's using Auctiva's checkout, so I need to adjust the shipping amount. How do I do this?

Thanks!

auctiva checkout doesnt allow combined invoices.

two ways around this:

customer submits each payment seperately and you do a refund of the overpayment on combined shipping.

customer submits each payment seperately and edits the shipping himself/herself on the second payment.

for customer to edit the shipping, you have to set checkout to allow customer editing. to do this, go to My_Account/Checkout_Settings and check the box labeled "Allow buyer to edit total amount" (linky here http://www.auctiva.com/account/checkoutsettings.aspx )

to do partial refund of overpayment, you will have to go to paypal or authorizenet (depending on how payment was made), view the payment, and do a partial refund.

But for this situation, wouldn't this have to have been selected before the listing was posted? If it isn't already selected, it may not work for these items that have ended.
