Hi. I need to change my optional insurance rate, from $1.30 to $1.65.

It is not auctiva. It is thru the post office. It is for ebay.

I have the Auctiva insurance disabled.

I went to my checkout profile, and edited it to $1.65, but it still always shows up as $1.30.

I have reviewed your account and verified that you are configuring your recent listings properly to charge $1.65 for insurance. If you are submitting your listings with "$1.65" entered in the "Insurance Cost:" field and that information is not being reflected accurately in your listings, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

Hi, My problem is simular. What I need is the saved auction. All of my saved auctions reflect the $1.35 insurance. Does this mean I have to go in and manually change each one? I hope not I have hundreds of them. Is there a way of changing them all in bulk through auctiva? Thanks.

No, it is not currently possible to revise your saved listings in bulk

However, we will be adding a bulk editing feature to the Auctiva website, which should be very useful toward accomplishing this objective, as part of our next major release, which is scheduled for the first week of June
