Auctions were properly combined in eBay, but have not been combined in Auctiva. Two emails seem to have been sent to the customer for separate amounts, not combined. Is it possible to set Auctiva to copy me with all emails sent? I have not seen such an option in preferences.
I would like to use Auctiva to manage my auctions but the issues I have had with combining auctions and auto emails stops that. I currently have the auto email function off, and would like to avoid turning off the Auctiva checkout all together.

Any suggestions in re: email copies to me?

I would ask Auctiva support...I believe they now have the capability to combine.

I have never used Auctiva checkout myself, when I first signed up with them they were unable to combine and so many of my buyers have multiple purchases I just used Ebay checkout.
