Hello all...I'm sure someone will be able to help me here!!

I have a merchant account through Authorize.net and have chosen to use Auctiva Secure Checkout, however my question is, when I send an invoice from eBay it's not directing my customer's to go through the Auctiva Secure Checkout and therefore not directing them on how to pay using my merchant account.

Am I missing something? Should I not be sending invoices through eBay? And if I don't send invoices through eBay, how are the customer's supposed to pay? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, you should send invoices through eBay and the checkout process should automatically redirect checkout to Auctiva. I'm assuming you have your Auctiva account preferences set to use Auctiva checkout. It's on the same page with settings for the Merchant account.

There is a posted example of the Auctiva checkout procedure on a Sticky thread in this section of the Forum. That's what your buyer should see.

If you are sure checkout isn't getting redirected, I'd open a Support Case with Auctiva, so they can investigate why. Use the Help link at top of page and the link to open a case is at lower right on that page.

You do realize this will all be a moot point shortly as ebay plans to disallow all 3rd party checkouts sometime this year...
