Hi Shea,
"Checkout Entered" status is displayed when a customer begins checkout but does not complete it.
Since your Paypal account does not show any payments, I recommend contacting them to verify that they have paid and, if so, to what address. If it turns out they have paid to your correct address, you should contact Paypal to see why the payments aren't showing up.

the one i had like that, the person apparently had no intention of paying. they never did pay, wouldnt answer emails, etc. the only conclusion i could come up with is that the person was an auctiva user (which was the case from looking at their listings) and was just wanting to see what the checkout system looked like. nevermind the fact that they committed to a contract when selecting to buy the item.
