i just checked in my junk mail folder to see if anything ended up in there by mistake, and there were a bunch of auctiva checkout emails.. they seem to be from me (so i don't know WHY they went to junk?), and some are 'mail delivery system' undeliverable types... it seems like none of auctivas checkout emails get to the buyers; can anyone explain what's up w/ this? confused, thanks!

I haven't heard of this but I bet a support request would be in order.

i'm not sure why they were all in my junk mail, (hopefully i fixed that) but i did see another thread 'bounced email' that wayoutwest responded too, apparently *that* part is an auctiva prob... why the checkout mails aren't getting to some buyers.. but they're still checking out anyway, so i guess it's not a real prob. yet!
