Hi All,

I have enabled Auctiva Insurance. When I want to post a new listing do I click on the button that says "insurance not offered" on the Auctiva listing page? Or do I click on the button that says "Insurance Optional"? I only want to use Auctiva's Insurance.

You click optionable. Then if they choose the insurance, you will use the Auctiva insurance, Steph

or you can do insurance required

Thanks! The reason I was not sure is because my auctions showed both the amount of insurance I added thru Auctiva and Ebay added their standard insurance too.

But I just saw my 1st auction ended with insurance( I didn't even know I clicked it) but it said the buy has pruchased insurance but from the email they sent the buyer with the total had $0 under insurance - If he doesn't pay me for the insurance - how do I get my $1.05 credited?
