Yes sounds that's a serious allegation, find it hard to believe that this site would be responsible for that sort of action considering the number of users and the years Auctiva has been around.
More likely the guy has got something nasty on his PC, assuming it's not just a smear attempt.
Perhaps you ought to 'file a support request' to make sure it's noticed by the guys here.

Wholeheartedly agree with Choo. Sounds like this guy has some sour grapes and just wanted someone to blame them on. I screwed up but lets blame it on Auctiva instead! If this was true considering this post was made in 2006 then surely there would have been an uproar over it. I agree with Choo file a support request and bring this to Auctivas attention. I am virtually positive Auctiva Jeff would want to be apprised of this.

Keylogger's are strewn about everywhere..hungry for the unwary and unprotected. Truly a shame though. Blind ignorance= vulnerability=quickest to blame anything in view. A rampant phenomenon at all levels. Finally able to get report button to work, i went ahead and reported it as 'offensive-profane sexually ex/implicit..etc'. Bit of stretch perhaps...but as probably a keylogger that lasso'd him...i figger he picked it up at one of his favorite porn sites. If'n ebay is really interested in delineated reasons...they shouldn't confine the cattle to such a narrow chute. And given how long that bull-crap's been out in the sun..who knows if any red-flags will fly. Will kick up more gravel via other means as well.
