I have made a custom end of auction auto e-mail to auto send to the bidder (invoice). The templates are great except I cannot find a link to insert the shipping cost.

Can a link be made for shipping? Without it, the auto e-mails are pretty much for nothing as none of the default templates do anything for me.

Go to Sales + Manage Email Templates Links, modify the default Winning Bidder template Body Txt to include your shipping instructions then save the template under a new name. Since you cannot overwrite the one named "default winning bidder template" save it as "Winning Bidder" or whatever you like, and then go into (Change Preferences) & under "Auto Email Management" + "Winning Bidder", choose the template you just created. I'm new at using Auctiva and just now getting my recent listings that I did in Auctiva up on eBay tonight, so I'm hoping that solves the issue I had with no shipping info in default auto generated emails. Hope it helps you too Smile

Cheers,
Schazel
