If I use ebay checkout, but want to use U-pic insurance and I have insurance required on Auctiva, does the ebay invoice reflect U-Pic in the total? If not, how can I get u-pic insurance automatically in ebay's invoice? Does this make sense?
The eBay invoice will reflect whatever price for insurance you set when making your ads.
If you use eBay's checkout, and a customer buys insurance, you will have to go into your "Sales" tab (in Auctiva) and buy the insurance manually. It doesn't happen automatically, as it does when using Auctiva Checkout.
