If the Auctiva 'End of Auction' Email is selected, will the eBay email automatically be stopped? I can't figure out how to cancel the "end of auction' eBay email and I would prefer the Auctiva email. Thanks

I was wondering the same. Its kinda important, we don't want to be bombarding buyers with emails, all saying basically the same thing.

Anyone got the answer?

I'm trying to figure out how to send the automatic "end of auction" email from Auctiva, period. I can't find where to select it in my account settings. Any help is appreciated!

Meanwhile, I would love to let Auctiva make some money from me too, but I truly don't understand their insurance, checkout, etc. and I've read about so many people having problems with it I think I'll just not use it for now. Maybe one day I will have 30 minutes to an hour time to really sit down and figure out what it's all about. ??
