I sold a book out of my Ebay store but it's still in the auctiva picture showcase. When I click on it the completed sale shows up complete with my email address in it. Can anybody help me get rid of this particular item? When I go to my store, it's no longer visible there.

I have this same problem, along with them still showing in the active listings. I filed a help ticket but it isn't fixed yet.
To get rid of the pic in the showcase, click on store and then edit. Check the box of the picture you don't want to show, then hit hidden.

I always have sold listings showing up in that darn window--sometimes weeks old. And to be honest, I just really don't have the time to go in and fix it every time I sell something. I'm irritated with my store window, as you can tell. I also have images which aren't loading. Sigh...
