My customer is going in circles when she tries to checkout. She wrote me the following....When I attempt to press the "Pay Now" button, and when it takes me to the "review your purchases" page, after that, the next step is to pay
and I think you are w/ this thing called Auctiva but that page does not come up. It just gives me "review your purchases" over and over and
over and over again. ACK!!........." I tried to turn off the Auctiva checkout but it states that it is only good for future items not the current ones. This has happend before and my customer just ended up mailing payment. This delay is unacceptable.

Hi Phunnie1,
The only thing I can suggest for the time being is to send a Paypal invoice. You'll need your buyers email addy and the Ebay item number.
Log into PP
Click on 'Request Money'
Click on subtab 'Ebay Items' and fill in the form.

It's a pain, but the customer will be alot happier Smile

Hi.
Miss M, is this the same issue we had awhile back? the one that's the eBay thing with third party checkouts... that was 'suppose' to be fixed by eBay back on November 18th or thereabouts. I'd be willing to bet it's an eBay issue this time too. Frown Hopefully not, because we know (or think we know lol) that Auctiva will fix it much sooner.

Phunnie, Miss M's solution is what was done then. Did you report it to eBay and Auctiva? You might please consider doing so for them to be aware of it again and get it figured out. Smile

Thank you all for your suggestions. I sent a payment request via PayPal, we'll see what happens. I have also turned off the Auctiva checkout. This happened to me last month and the purchaser ended up sending a personal check (another delay). Doing the insurance manually is much easier than what I going through now.

Do you happen to have the links to report this problem to Auctiva and eBay? Thanks again for the assist! Big Grin
