I got an email from a buyer who had been having trouble paying for her item. She was finally able to pay, but this was the email she sent me before she was actually able to pay:

Hello again. I keep getting an error when I try to pay via PayPal (The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.) Kindly email me a direct link to pay via Paypal. The auctiva is messing up the transaction. I spoke to someone at live help and we even tried to pay on the paypal site and it doesn't show I have any ebay items to pay. They told me the auctiva link was preventing the link to paypal. I really like the little vase and want to pay. Thanks again!

Just wondering if there's a problem or if paypal was shifting the blame?
