Hi ILoveLucy,
If you have the automated "Winning Bidder" email feature enabled in your Auctiva account, Auctiva will automatically send notices to your buyers at the conclusion of your auctions. You can either use the default email template in your Auctiva account or create your own by using the options that are available by clicking the "Manage Email Templates" link under the "Sales" tab within your Auctiva account.
Your buyers will also receive "Winning Bidder" notifications from eBay at the conclusion of your auctions unless you disable that setting within your eBay preferences. I suspect most buyers will remember to pay for their items after receiving the "Winning Bidder" notices, so you probably would only need to send invoices through your My eBay page if your would like to make changes to the invoice or feel the particular buyer needs another reminder.

I would also like to know if there is a CC feature for Winning Bidder notification to make sure all received one. Also, I want to turn off the "Winning Bidder" email feature with eBay so as not to have duplicate sent from eBay and Auctiva. I went to the preferences section and wasn't sure what I was to select. It's late and I'm still new at all of this.
Thanks!
