I noticed that after attempting to customize EBAY'S end of auction emails they now wont let me because my wording contains a web address - solely for the purpose to have the customer fill out information for their personalized product! I am frustrated now because I never had a problem in the past. I had my mother buy a "test auction" from me to see if the automated email from auctiva would be sent. It was not. There is a star next to it in my settings indicating it's automated, my token is up to date so Auctiva is allowed to act on my behalf, but buyers are not receiving my "automated" email from auctiva. How to enable this? What am I doing wrong? I do NOT have auctiva checkout enabled. Is this something I have to do in order for them to receive automated emails from auctiva? How do I confirm everything is correct in my settings for both ebay and auctiva?
