I am using auctiva for listing and have set up some very specific rules concerning where I ship to. For example, I have a product in which I do not want to ship to Germany. I set both sets of checkboxes to Germany as empty, so as to not allow shipping to Germany. I have also set in my ebay preferences to not allow people registered in Germany not to be allowed to bid on items.

However, people in Germany are STILL able to bid and win my items and it's driving me crazy!

I then try to find out how this occurred and if I go to the closed item and click "sell similar"
I notice that the shipping rules are DIFFERENT THAN my auctiva saved listing!

I need to find out whether this is a problem on the auctiva side/eBay side and I need to find a solution to this because I can't explain to customers that I can't fufill their order each time this happens. (at least three times a day)

Has anybody ever encountered this? Any workarounds? Please help!
