On Monday, my eBay account was hijacked when an intruder/hacker posted a listing using my screen name. I canceled that listing, changed all my passwords and everything was ok...at least that's what I thought until my auctions started ending. Winning bidders are unable to check out - I tried again to pay and the Auctiva thing won't let me. It says "Error 1002. Unable to get item transactions from Ebay using seller token." - that's a quote from a customer. When I check my closed auctions folder, none of my auctions that closed last night and this morning are showing up. What do I do? Is it possible my Auctiva account has been compromised by the intruder and is causing this problem? Is it possible that whoever hacked my computer is now somehow able to send the customers a different invoice and collect my payments instead of me getting them? SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!!

I don't think everything's ok yet...much more to do than changing passwords. I've 'borrowed' this answer from pi_r_square who is an Ebay Answer Center responder. (Thank you Pi) Please follow his instructions...
You also don't say whether you've reported this to Auctiva or not. I WOULD DO SO RIGHT AWAY. Remember since the hacker had/has access to your Ebay accout, he also has access to all your third party authorizations.

It seems the one thing I neglected to do was reset my Auctiva to eBay token. I did that this morning and now my winning bidders are able to checkout. It's funny how people don't follow instructions. LOL I sent all winning bidders an email to NOT checkout until they hear from me that the problem has been solved. Low and behold, 2 of my bidders went to checkout anyway and were able to after I generated a new token! Anyway, it seems there was the problem! I needed a new token. Thanks for your input and good luck with your eBay ventures! Bob JBOverstockAuctions
