I have both the eBay PayNow button activated and the Auctiva Checkout activated but when I click on the Pay Now button in the copy of the emails I get.... (Clearly it isnt going over to Auctiva Checkout) Any suggestions?
This is what appears: Pay for This Item
You can pay the seller for this item by completing the following steps:
1. Read the item description for information on how to pay or check for an email from your seller for payment details. 2. Email your shipping address to your seller. Then send payment to your seller once you know the payment address and total cost (including shipping).
Questions? Email your seller, wendyful.
Once you have paid for your item, please remember to leave feedback for the seller.
Note: You may continue to see this item on the Pay for Items You've Won page up to 30 days after you pay.
Are you the PSU Wendyful? If so, thanks for those Live! (ur NOT) posts.
With Pay Now button, 1st Step in Auctiva checkouts I've seen is an eBay page prior to the handoff to Auctiva (like the sequence posted as Demo Sticky). I believe it should mention Auctiva for checkout system on that 1st page. That displayed page example probably hasn't been updated recently, so format may have changed.
If you just switched to Auctiva checkout, listings submitted or existing with eBay checkout will continue to use eBay checkout. New submissions will use Auctiva.
Note, the Community still doesn't know if the new no 3rd Party checkout policy announced last Thursday is only for those using a Custom Pay Now button (and not Auctiva via the eBay redirect).

Yes I am the same Wendyful from PSU. ... and yes those were my posts. I dont know if they were helpful but they were my observations.
I use auctioncheckout and I dont need their PAY NOW button but it will make it easier in the short run. I suspect it needs to catch up with the new listings like you suggest.
