I offer multiple purchase shipping discounts and use ebay checkout. I have successfully purchased auctiva insurance and the buyer email on single item purchases but I can't seem to get two items to combine for one auctiva insurance coverage. They were purchased as one invoice, one payment in ebay. In auctiva under my sales they come up individually listed and I can't see how to make one insurance purchase. For now I'll have to go USPS but would like to understand this for future. I did read every entry with Insurance in it's title in the Checkout forum before writing for help.

When eBay Checkout is used, we are unable to import multiple item transactions as combined transactions for display on your Auctiva "Transactions" page.

Therefore, if you would like to purchase Auctiva Shipping Insurance for these transactions, you will need to file a support request using the approrpiate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

I am having the same problem but I have taken Mike's advice and checked Autiva Checkout in my Settings and I am STILL having the problem, so I do not think one or the other checkout is properly addressing Auctiva's insurance. When I input an amount for an additional item and I have made sure that shows up in ALL of my defaults and preferences as I use it for ALL my listings, what happens then is that the Ebay listing is adding it to my additional item shipping charge and I need there to be ONLY ONE insurance per shipment, not a charge for each and every item. Please help someone.
