I am trying Auctiva's checkout on 28 listings, this is the first.
According to the details of Auctiva checkout Email:
Subtotal:$1.75
Sales Tax:$0.00
Shipping:$3.24
Handling:$1.00
Shipping Insurance:$0.00
Adjustments:$0.00
Total:$5.99

Amount Paid:$5.99
Balance Due:$0.00

The above is correct except for the $1.00 added for "Handling" - the "Shipping" of $3.24 includes the postage to Canada plus the $1.00.
The "Handling is included 2 times - how is the $1.00 "Handling" being duplicated?

Have you listed the same item or another item directly on Ebay and the handling charges were added seperately? If so, when you put $3.24 in as s&h charges on Auctiva, Ebay has $1 set to default charge your customers for handling. Ebay seperates shipping and handling. Auctiva does not. You should try putting in $2.24 for shipping when creating the listing, and Ebay will charge the extra $1 after the listing posts.
Keep an eye on that though. If/When Auctiva changes that, you'll have a mess again. Good luck!!

Investigations by Auctiva came up with the buyers added the extra $1.00. Many of my auctions closed and using Auctiva checkout with multiple items seemed to work like a charm. (I need to turn off the show handling seperate item.)
