Thanks for the reply Mike, but it is not fixed. I have been experiencing issues for the past week so the maintenance window does not account for it and am still after the time you listed. Here is a checkout notice and message I received 3 hours after the time of 10:15 PST

Hi BPKBreeze,

The fact that you received this notice indicated that your buyer was able to complete the checkout process for this item. However, since the checkout process has already been completed, it cannot be reopened to allow your buyer to repay via antoher payment method.

To finalize payment for this transaction, you will have to contact the seller to arrange payment separate of checkout, either via email or a Paypal money request.

Yes, I understand, but they could NOT complete checkout for credit card, which is what the problem has been for a week.

I just viewed your account and you HAVE been able to accept credit card payments during the last week for a variety of transactions. Some examples are item numbers 130033167086, 130033158487, 130033152017, 130033149057, 130033190613, and the list could go on and on.

I'm not sure what was preventing your buyers who were unable to pay by this method, but I assure you the Auctiva Checkout DOES work for credit card transactions.

If you continue having similar difficulties, the best thing to do is file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:

Yes, I know. Please read my original post on the problem from a couple of days ago and the support case request with specific quotes from customers that I did file this morning. In them I said that some have gone through fine, while others have had problems, I provided quotes from customers, and specific auction numbers, how I have contacted customers that paid by money order and they confirmed that did try to pay by credit card but couldn't. I assure you that the system DOES have a problem, I have been using right along and
have not had these problems in the past, and please do me the courtesy of assuming that I have enough intelligence to tell the difference, that all the affected customers, including repeat customers that have used the system before did not suddenly become inept around the 6th or 7th of October, and others such as Maximum Golf and Bouncing Bubba who tried to bring the problem to light days ago and were dismissed are not imagining things either. Thank you.
