One of a pair of items, for which my customer has paid with Paypal(confirmed), states 'awaiting payment', I am unable to use Auctiva mark as paid option to correct this and manually mark this item (230109109296) as paid (an error window on the page states that item cannot be marked as paid as the item status is not marked as 'payment in transit' when I select 'OK' to continue, the next Auctiva page has a red error message stating 'Unable to mark 1 item(s) as paid'. I have invested quite some time with this issue and have scoured the Auctiva site and still haven't located a remedy. I would appreciate it if you could find the time to attend to this issue. I have also disabled automatic Auctiva insurance until this issue can be rectified.

It appears that this item was using eBay checkout and that is why the payment status is not updating since we currently only update items using eBay checkout when the transaction is initially imported to your Sales page.
Since you have verified their payment, you will have to manually update their payment status. To do this though, you must reactivate your insurance settings. Once enabled again, you will be able to click the "Add Insurance" tab on the transactions page next to this item and then click the "Update" tab. This will update the payment status for this item to Paid.
