Hello, I have an item that has been paid for and is listed under "My Ebay" on Ebay as paid.
I am trying to change the status on Auctiva as paid so that I may purchase insurance for this item before shipping, but I keep getting an error message "unable to post as paid". Any suggestions?
I am having the same problem. Customer paid for insurance, and since it can't be updated as paid, I can't add insurance. Package has been sent. Hoping and praying it doesn't get damaged during shipment. Can't get response from support requests.
Same problem. Customer paid thru PayPal after trouble with checkout and now I can't get insurance because I can't mark the itenms as paid. How about an answer!
Well... this is the response I received from Auctiva. I keep saying this is the last time I use them...but this is it. Too many problems to count on a smooth auction from start to finish...

We are currently having insurance pruchasing issues through the admin page. We are not able to purchase insurance for this item at this point. You might want to try to purchase insurance through u-pic directly.
