Well, if you read these boards you'll see there have been problems from time to time with checkout. I'd file a support request with Auctiva, using the help button at the top of the page. Then I'd worry about getting paid, so do this: Log into Paypal (you'll need buyers email addy and item number Click on Request Money Click on Ebay Items subtab Fill in the form Send an invoice directly thru PP til you get this sorted out.

I had to do that tonight. I "supposedly" don't have Auctiva check out on. Anyway for some reason last night the buyer wasn't able to use the Pay Now button, it was grey instead of yellow and also today. So tonight I had to transfer 8 items to PayPal invoice. URGHh! She talked to both ebay and PayPal and that's what they told her to do, have me send it that way. At least I'm learning alot. So, in addition, last night, someone paid through Auctiva!!! and I don't have it on. Someone had the grey Pay Now button last week when I tried Auctiva checkout, but then turned it off. Then voila, last night someone used it. Another one of those unexplainable things.
