Hi, I have a buyer who chose Auctiva shipping insurance when I actually already mentioned that insurance is included in S&H. Moreover, I'm using UPS not USPS, so it's not applicable. I've been looking around Auctiva's website, but I can't seem to find a way to contact them directly. Anyone knows what I should do?
I did. It's ok now. It's been resolved. I didn't expect Auctiva support actually called me (Well, I did leave them a message). WOW!! Great customer service!!
