Hi,

I use auctiva checkout to accept CC payments for my auctions. recently the checkout has been applying the shipping charges for Canada to my buyers who are from Europe and Astralia, this is costing me alot of money, becase shipping to these coutries is alot more , I have the amounts set up to each of the countries I ship to , but auctiva checkout is mis-applying and even if the buyer notices it, which they ussually dont, activa checkout will not let them change it, even thougn I have my auctiva checkout settings to where they can edit the total.

has anybody else experienced these problems?
