Hi. I just started using Auctiva, and I am still using U.S. Post Office insurance.

But now my ebay invoices, block the buyer of having the option to buy insurance on the invoice. I disabled the auctiva insurance in my settings, but this still is happening.

For now, can anyone tell me what else I need to do, without trying to talk me into Auctiva insurance??

At this point, unless I send the invoice, my customers can't decide on insurance for themselves.

When you create your listings, are you checking insurance "Not Offered"?

Hi. It was on not offered. I just switched it to optional. Then I checked an ebay invoice, and it seems o.k. You may have fixed it for me! Thanks, Stacey
