I didn't realize that the default is for Auctiva checkout to be on, so I recently had an auction end that uses Auctiva checkout.
Buyer paid through PayPal no problem. But there was some issue with the shipping address, and I refunded the payment in order for the buyer to change the shipping address.
Now buyer said that she had gone through the payment process via Auctiva checkout a second time, and has a temporary hold on the PayPal payment. At the time, I didn't have Auctiva's Track eBay payment status on, and Auctiva thought the auction was already paid for (it wasn't aware of the refund).
I've since activated the track payment feature, and now Auctiva has the auction as Awaiting Checkout. However, I still see no payment in either eBay or PayPal.
Buyer can pay directly via PayPal using the invoice I sent her, but she's not comfortable sending yet a third payment while a second is on hold.
Does Auctiva have anything to do with this hold? If so, how do I release it?
