I just want to make sure I'm understanding the insurance coverage information correctly I found under "Coverage Description". The part about merchandise shipped on consignment is what I need clarified. If I sell anything for someone else on consignment, am I not able to insure the item?

You can insure the items. This means that if you are sending someone items to sell for you on consignment they are not insurable.
