Apparently when my buyers buy 2 or my items the cost for the second item's shipping expense ($3.99) isn't appearing automatically during Auctiva Checkout so my buyers aren't paying it! I have the option to allow customers to change invoice disabled during Auctiva Checkout so my customers aren't to blame. And yes I specified in my Auctiva listing an Additional Item Cost: $3.99. Thanks in advance and yes I submitted a support request.

Perhaps the problem is due to the fact the in my eBay 'Preferences' I had eBay Checkout enabled and this caused a conflict with Auctiva Check resulting in my second item shipping charge not showing up during Auctiva Checkout?

Hi I have never had a multiple sale so I do not know if my checkout works right either but if I was you I would post this query to Auctiva support by going to the help page. If they provide you an answer please post it here so anyone else can find the answer by searching the board.
