This is the first time I've had a buyer purchase insurance via Auctiva. The only way I noticed that she bought it was that when I was about to print her shipping label, I noticed the postage was greater than usual. I canceled her USPS Insurance & purchased the Auctiva Insurance. Is this how everyone who offers Auctiva Insurance but doesn't go through Auctiva checkout handles it? Is there a way to allow the buyer to purchase ONLY Auctiva Insurance? Is there a way to get an email notifying me that the buyer purchased the insurance? I cannot be depended upon to notice the change in postage every time. I love Auctiva & want to do my part with the funding, but I'm confused... Thanks in advance for the help!
