Here we go again:

"Hi there, I am the winning bidder, I am trying to pay you by credit card but when I get switched to auctiva it keeps coming up with -session expired-. I have repeatedly logged in and out to try and pay but there seems to be a problem, would you ask auctiva if they can do anything?"

ME TOO! BEEN WAITING FOR 2 DAYS, GOING ON 3 SOON, TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED THAT CUSTOMERS CANNOT PAY! THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY SEE A SESSION HAS EXPIRED WHEN THEY CLICK PAY NOW!! WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED? ALSO WITHIN THE LAST 2 DAYS, MANY TIMES WHEN I COME OVER TO AUCTIVA THERE IS A SCRIPT ERROR PAGE POPS UP....COME ON AUCTIVA ENGINEERS! LET SEE SOME POSITIVE RESULTS FROM YOUR TEAM!!

More Checkout problems !!!!! I to am having problems with my buyers being unable to pay, & keep getting ERROR message from Auctiva !!!! When is this going to be fixed ?????? SO DO SOMETHING WITH THE CODE & HTML & get this off my e-bay, so my buyers can pay !!! via e-bay/paypal. My buyers are getting upset !!! Does anyone know how to turn off Auctiva from our listing checkouts ?????
This has been 4 days now !!!

Hi there, same here...still the problem exists! and I am not seeing any help from Auctiva yet!! You can turn off the checkout, but it does not apply to items or listings that have ended, it only applies to future listings. Yes, it is very frustrating and my buyers are sending money orders. and some just havent paid . Shoot!!

Hi Community,

We are definitely monitoring these reports and working to correct the existing problems with our checkout system. Auctiva Checkout is certainly not down by any means, but we are receiving more reports of checkout problems than usual. We appreciate everyone who has posted here for taking the time to report these issues.

If any of you are adding the "Require Immediate Payment" option to your listings after posting them via Auctiva, this may be the reason your buyers have been unable to checkout. Previously, a seller was not able to revise 3rd party checkout items to include the "Require Immeditate Payment" option, but this is no longer the case.
