On 09/08/2007 I won ebay auction #130151160270 which listed Griffin iFM FM Radio Remote Apple iPod Dock ConnectorGriffin. I won the auction. I proceeded to checkout which routed the transaction via Auctiva.
I do not recall if the transaction then passed on to paypal.
As far as I am concerned, the item is paid for and the seller should ship.


I have exchanged email messages with the seller. He is waiting for payment.

I have kept watching my paypal account to see when the transaction would show up.
It has never showed up. As of 10/04/2007 I have not received the item.

How can I confirm if the transaction was completed?

If you go through Auctiva Checkout and pay with PayPal, it forwards you to PayPal. If you never went all the way to PayPal, then your account was not charged and the item was not paid for. If you are checking your PayPal account for the item to "show up" there, that won't happen.

If the item was paid for in PayPal, then when you log into your "My eBay" and check your "Won" list, it should show up in there as paid for. Otherwise, there will be a link to pay for the item, which will take you back into the Auctiva Checkout flow and give you another chance to make the payment.

If that still doesn't work for you, you can enter the item number directly in PayPal when sending payment to the seller.

Sign into Paypal directly. If you don't see it there, you didn't pay it. You would also have gotten an email reciept from Paypal if you had paid. The only way to confirm one way or another is to check your Paypal.

If it's not there, follow AAron's advice in the second paragraph and try again.

Also check your summary on your 'my ebay' page...It will tell you right at the top how many items you need to pay for, leave FB for, etc.
