I have been working on this for 4 days myself and online with Auctiva Support. They have thrown up their hands and said that they cannot help. Maybe one of you have had this problem. First: I am working with Vista. When I enter my email address in the PayPal email address block, I get the message "Email address invalid". I have tried auto load, loaded it manually and nothing works. Then I entered an old Paypal email adress that was changed 2 years ago and Auctiva Checkout was as happy as a beetle bug. Of course, that email address doesn't exsist, but it thinks it does. Support has written me off....They can't help,have never heard of such a thing, don't have any codes in the block that would automatically search for an email address, and can't duplicate it on their machines. I guess I will have to go another service.. Thanks, Hilda
