Hi, if I tell my customers insurance is included, and I'm using auctiva insurance, do I then have to manually purchase insurance after the item is sold?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I had the same question, Ins is included in their payment on paypal. then you have to purchase the insurance through Auctiva and the cost is deducted from your paypal account by auctiva I believe.
