I believe there is a setting in your Authorize.net account that you will have to adjust. Can you please provide me with the item numbers for which this error message was encountered?

Hi Tattybritches, Your Auctiva account settings are correctly configured to accept credit card payments, however, there appears to be an Authorize.net permissions setting that needs to be adjusted. The error message returned for these transactions was "This account(Authorize.net) has not been given the permission(s) required for this request". I'm not sure exactly what setting needs to be enabled to grant this permission, so I suggest you contact Authorize.net support for further assistance with this matter.
