Hi neildon I have been using auto-feedback for awhile. It only leaves feedback when you are left positive feedback. There are times I shut it off as I do sell some very high dollar stuff from time to time, and like to leave a more personal feedback for those items. Also the auto-feedback as a rule does not leave feedback until several hours after yours has been received. So you can check your feedback periodically and if warranted do manual feedback

Hi neildon, Pete's conclusion that the feedback statuses of your transactions will not be updated on your Auctiva "Transactions" page unless you are using our automatic feedback feature is correct so, now that you have enabled the automatic feedback setting within your account, the feedback statuses of your future transactions should be updated automatically. Also, Auctiva's automatic feedback system will leave positive feedback with respect to a given item within 24 hours of when the buyer leaves you positive feedback with respect to that item. On the other hand, if a buyer leaves you neutral or negative feedback, Auctiva's automatic feedback system will NOT leave feedback on your behalf with respect to that transaction.
