Hello, Everytime I click the link to send a shipping insurance notification to my customers, I receive an undeliverable e-mail message in my inbox. What is the problem? The only way my customers know that I actually insured the item is via the Auctiva notice since it is not displayed on the shipping label. Please help! This is a big problem, my customers could think I am just pocketing the money and not insuring the items.
This issue is associated with a problem we're having with one of our mail servers. We have been told by the representives at our colocation that they are working on having it resolved...so hopefully it won't be too much longer.
