I don't know if this has already been suggested, but I believe it would be much easier to save & then post a item if we had more options available. Something like another button at the bottom of the "Create an eBay Listing" page that would say & perform a "Save & Post." Also maybe some other options like, "Save As New & Post" & "Save & Schedule" & "Save As New & Schedule."

Just a thought...

Currently, although it's not immediately obvious from just looking at it, if you click "Schedule" while editing a listing, it also automatically saves any changes you have made to the listing.
