spoof mail from auctiva

Does auctiva have a place to report spoof mail? I have been getting new ones almost every day. They say my account needs updating. The one today offers 100 free ebay listings if I click on the link and give the proper information. Just a heads up!

Thanks for pointing this out Marnie. Yes we do have a place to report spoof email.

If you have an email that you think is a spoof, you can forward it to spoof@auctiva.com. We have staff who will investigate it and take action against the spoofer.

Another option is to file a support request about a suspected spoof email, Our support tech's will make sure the right people here are notified right away.
