AFTER AWHILE I NOTICED THEY WERE A BIT MORE CONSISTENT SO DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY AGAIN.
WELL THEY JUST CONFIRMED TO ME TODAY JUST HOW LAME!!!!! AND UNRELIABLE!!!!!! THEY ARE!!!!!! U-N-R-E-L-I-A-B-L-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DROP AUCTIVA AND PAY JUST THE LITTLE BIT EXTRA EBAY ASKS FOR DEPENDABLE IMAGE SERVICE!!!!!!
OK, so it's not just me. Holy cow this is annoying. And no word about the problem or when it will be fixed. Meanwhile I'm having a panic attack about my best merch not selling and having no sales for the week.

WOW, talk about lame, you sound like a politician. Vote for only one side wow what choices, both for dropping auctiva, how about adding a button to vote for those who like auctiva. My suggestion is if you don't like auctiva then leave and let ebay host all of your images. Bottom line is a year from now you will still be here gripping and using auctiva, a typical complainer. Unbelievable! People get so stressed for nothing. If this minor glitch has you having panic attacks I would hate to see what would happen if the sky fell...No disrespect but seriously. Why would you drop auctiva when its FREE. These issues are bound to happen with ANY hosting site and it wasnt even auctivas issue. Just think of the srtess THEY were under and then to top it all off to have people chewing thier butts ALL DAY when they were doing everything to solve the issue. Geepers. Unbelievable
You do realize that the problem was not something Auctiva had any control over? And that Inkfrog had the same issue. I don't want to give ebay anymore money than I have to.

I for one want to thank Activa for the free service they offer. I also use the Activa insurance for all my items (its a way they make some money). I have been on ebay since the very start. I, for one, simply can not stand people complain about a service provided to you for free. We have become a country full of whiners, not everyone, but a lot of us. Auctiva has been very reliable, glitches, yes, but generally speaking very reliable. I used to use a fee service and ut was full of problems. If you can find a hosting site that IS FREE of problems. Let us know. In the meantime, please leave Auctiva and spend your time searching for that site.
Auctiva has continued to improve it's availability and the number of services it offers. It had growing pains a year or two ago, but is definitely more solid now then it was back then. It would not bother me if we were all required to offer the insurance on all listings in order to get the services free. Auctiva is worth much more than we pay for it. Thank you Jeff!

Anyone with even half a brain would have known that it wasn't an auctiva problem, but an ebay problem. Not to mention that ebay's system is constantly crashing. So why pay more for less? Time for watchinu to go into another line of work.
