One of the big weaknesses I see in the current version of Auctiva is that real-time stats are very unreliable. For example, store window information often doesn't update for several days, and sold items don't always show up in the "sales transactions" window, which is a real problem on items that you need to buy insurance for within 48 hours of payment!

The procedure up until now has been to contact Auctiva support, and support updates your information manually.

I don't know if this is an issue that is being worked on for future versions/updates of the site, but, in the meantime, is it possible to implement an idiot-proof way for sellers to manually update our information ourselves? It'd be nice to be able to just click a button and have all your information brought up to current.

Maybe it's not as easy as all that, and if that's the case, then I understand... but it gets very tedious to have to contact support everytime a simple issue such as this comes up.

You can look forward to an "Update Now" button of some sort being added to the Auctiva site for our phase II release, which is tentatively scheuduled for February 2007.
