This last day has just about brought me past the point where I have just had it with Auctiva. First of all I want you to know that I do truly love Auctiva but with all the on again and off again and hundreds of hours trying to fix the problems I have now have one that I cant figure out. When I list a listing on my profiles page and everything looks great I hit the save button. Then I go to the listing page to now list what I just spent the last hour working on. Only to see that a paragrapgh or two have moved to the bottom of the listing or only part of a paragraph has moved. It was not like that when I saved it in my profiles... WHAT'S UP ? Then I go back to my profiles and refix everything only tohave it do it again. and again, and again. At this point I'm starting to think that maybe going back and listing on ebay might be less of a headache. Can anyone help ? Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW

I too would like to know why this is happening. I get all kinds of extra returns added to my descriptions everytime I save it. I have also done the error check only to scroll down and have the entire description field blank. It never comes back. This happens probably half of the time. So I too am very interested in any information anyone might have

Both of you should file support requests (bottom of the Help page) if you haven't already.

right...support request...bahhhh...these guys have a big mess they can't figure out. All message boards show the same complaints. Nothing works anymore!!! It all worked fine before.

I have noticed that you have posted 3 negative posts in 3 different areas of the community boards yesterday, yet you have not stated an actual problem that anyone would be able to help you with.

If you have an actual tangible problem with listing, please file a support request as Rick Bradford suggested. Random posts do nothing but clutter the boards and make it harder for users to communicate with each other.
