Perhaps it would help cut down on the static on the message boards if there were a board for the users who pay for Auctiva services, and a board just for those who use the free online services? On totally seperate web pages? Unlinked in any way to one another? And maybe better yet, inaccessible by one another's members? In other words, if you pay, you can't access the free members site. If you don't pay, you can't access the paid members site. Just a thought- after reading all the arguing etc on the boards this morning and the last few days. Thanks for your time.

Well, there are separte forums for the paying users. They're down at the bottom of the forum list.

I suspect that they weren't getting any answers down there and that's why they wandered up here.

Don't belive that all the paying folks know that a free Auctiva exist. I had no idea that this was seperate until I began to have problems. Truth be known I had problems for awhile and finally decided to do something about it.

Only by coming here did I make changes and worked toward getting things done. I just jumped in the first thread that looked like my problem, I had no idea that I should be posting in a particular place.

Well, it's Auctiva's older listing software -- but I believe the plan is to merge it all at some point.

Good for Auctiva. They deserve compensation.
I just hope they don't go the way of Andale, and other companies that started out great, started charging, and became lousy.

Well, that's the upside -- as far as I can tell, they don't intend to start charging. My impression is that they intend to continue to make their money in other ways (such as insurance).
